The wine is clear, pale lemon-green.
Clean aromas and with medium intensity, Stone Fruit (white peach), Green Fruit (pear, green apple, melon), flowers (blossom), trees (pine). Hints of citrus aromas (lime) and stony-smoky wine at the end. It is developing.
The wine has medium acidity, and is dry, medium alcohol, medium body, some of volume and dense in the palate. Medium intensity in flavours, such as Green appler, lime, white flowers, and some grassy hints. Medium + finish, with citrus (lemon, lime).
The wine is fresh with balance between acidity and alcohol, some registers of soils (somky aromas) and flint. Medium finish in fruity flavours, some intensity in fruity aromas and green fruit, but with a concetrated fruit and some hints of develop in the bottle. The complexity is medium in aromas and flavours, overall in fruit, but with good integration.
It has 2-3 years of potential for ageing, but it is better drink now, in its moment, quality of fruit, smoky aromas, and freshness.
Pairing with Tortellone, white pig and mint.
