Red cherry with pink rim. Medium coloured. We begin to taste at 14º celsius degrees and there are few aromas, but as the temperature grows the aromas begin to arise. In the beginning we find red fruits and spices (ground black pepper). When the temperature grows up we find a bit of vanilla and at higher temperature appear mint and balsamic aromas and a hint of lactic smells. When the temperature already is arriving at 18º becomes the alcohol, but before it we find some herbaceous touch. In mouth we find red fruits, pleasant astringency and smooth acidity. Milky flavour. In backnose we find vanilla. A bit of bitterness. Medium-Low persistence. I think that the ideal temperature to drink this wine is 16º, at less temperature we lose many of the smell nuances and at higher temperatures we find a so obvious presence of alcohol.
It’s a very correct wine, without no negative thing in it and no positive thing to be highlighted. A pleasant wine to be paired with simple meals, appetizers and to have a chat with friends. No more pretensions.
It has a very good RCP by a price of about 4 EUR.
