Intensity medium+, red fruit (red cherry), smoky (bacon), meat, woody, vegetal, herbaceous (mint, flint). Hints of black cherry and cranberries.

Medium+ finish

CONCLUSIONS

Very good quality, because the structural compounds, dry, high acidity and complexity in flavours, tannins with life with capacity in ageing. Classic flavours from Syrah (pepper, black fruit).

Ataque seco, con acidez muy alta, muy especiado, alcohol medio, curling.
Taninos medio (+). Es un vino gustoso, sin domar. Merece unas riendas y una fusta.
Estructura medio buena. Cuerpo nada fantasma. La intensidad de sabor es extrema, con percepciones de fruta roja ácida como fresa y arándanos.
Final larguísimo, afrutado, ácido y con brea.
