Developing

PALATE

Medium plus acidity, dry, low tannins, full bodied, high flavours, pronounced, like pear, dried banana, yellow plum (Mirabelle), Rosemary.

Medium plus alcohol but delicated. Verticality, oak integrated.

Texture silky and little creamy.

Medium plus final with baked fruit (pear, peach).

CONCLUSIONS

Enormous wine with very good quality, perhaps outstanding, that you can drink now, and wait (potential ageing).

In the context, is a Chardonnay from book, good barrel like Bourgogne and a "hint" of vanilla how California.
