Pale yellow, very near of looking like water...
Punch in nose, bitterness and the typical salty touch. Very good in mouth. Salty, bitterness and a touch of acidity.
Every point is in balance. Peels of nuts touchs in nose and mouth. Backnose with green notes, but not herbaceous. Long.
The way it looks made me not to have great expectations about it, but I was wrong it’s much more than it looks like.
