Straw yellow with golden highlights. Lots of small bubble ending in a crown. Intense nose with hints of white flower, crystallized fruit, confectionery, white flowers and a touch of vanilla. The mouth is fresh, intense, personal, different, with notes of citrus and a characteristic baked apple. Very well integrated carbonic maceration together with a hint of the toast of the cask.
