In my opinion, it is at a stage where it doesn’t show everything it has to offer. The wood is very evident, especially on the nose, and somewhat less in the mouth, and it clouds over the excellent raw material. I initially detected interesting notes of banana (!!??) The mouth has a huge structure, persistence, good acidity and marked bitterness with the toast of the cask. In my opinion, it needs to be kept for quite a while before the jigsaw manages to fit together in the bottle.
