I remember commenting to Paco Higón that it had a nose that had all the tasting notes that had ever been made or ever will be. One of those wines that are incredibly complex and easy to describe because they really defy description. True that it will evolve in the mouth and increase its length, which already shows elegance. Fleshy, very long and with a big, seductive retronasal. A great wine.
