Dried apricots, dried fruits (figs) and nuts (almond and hazlenut) but it has everything you expect in a good sherry including bitter chocolate and with a markedly fresh nose.
In the mouth, smooth, elegant on entry, very big as it fills the mouth slowly and persistently to a very long dry finish. Two sips were not enough!
