Decanted one hour previously. At the beginning, it shows a little acetate, which disappears, leaving a fruity nose that is complex, mineral, with notes of balsam and hardly noticeable oak, very well integrated. The mouth is very tasty, with good fruit and acidity, with a long aftertaste offering clear notes of minerals, which give it character and personality. Celler de Pont is a winery that will be interesting to watch. I have enjoyed it quite a lot and the new 2001 vintage promises more.
