Lively, intense nose, opening with a predominance of notes of caramel and toast, and moving on to the good integration of the wood, coffee, hints of liqueur, spice and light notes of vanilla. The mouth is attractive, medium body, good length and a retronasal reminiscent of the toast. The finish shows pleasant tannins, but it is slightly bitter. Good acidity.
