TASTING -AD HOC-

The wine is Garnet colour, deep intensity and clear for now.
Clean and medium intensity, some notes from MLF, cream, yoghourt, strawberry too. The wood is integrated in my nose. The wine is in development.

IN THE PALATE

Tannins+++, medium plus acidity and medium+ alcohol. Totally dry, no sugars. Red cherry, milk Chocolate, cream smoothie, medium astringency and tartrates. Long finish with black berries notes and hints of acetaldehyde (nail polish).
At the beggining, the wine is a little bit closed, but increasingly shows the potential of the grape, and the vinification (24 months in casks). The soil ( clay, iron, mineral) is noticeable in the palate after a few seconds.

24 HOURS

Full body, rounded tannins and good creamy body, with softy fruity and acidity. Today cherry in liquor, red licorice, chocolate, strawberry, honey.

Countryside (Alenquer) close to the Tejo river in your mouth.

CONCLUSIONS
Full body red wine, with important grape flavour quantity in the process of tasting, and a very good potential for ageing ( but you can drink now). Very good Quality, complex in aromas and fruity flavours. It is a very good example of a Touriga Nacional from Vinho Regional LIsboa (not Douro).

PAIRING

Hare with cocoa sauce, cherry radishes

    Saludos pepe.
