Ver mensaje de Paco HigónI finally got to try the Pie Franco and I was a bit underwhelmed. The Silvano García Dulce Monastrell, although a rarity, is imported to the US. I like it and keep some in my cellar.

Ver mensaje de WaltZalenskiWhich vintage? We’ve noticed an irregular quality of this wine depending on the vintage.... I think that 98 has evolved badly in some cases but in some others the wine is really magnificent.

Silvano is a really nice sweet wine but I prefer Castaño’s monastrell sweet wine.
Cheers
