Looking for a winery to start a wedding venue business

Hello,
I would like to introduce myself. I am Kristel Sturrus (26), a physiotherapist from the Netherlands. I have worked abroad for a few years and I would like to start a new career. I love photography and would like to do something with that. I have a dream to one day open a wedding location on a winery with the possibilities it growing into a camping where wedding guests could stay overnight, maybe add a restaurant or bakery. But starting small I would like to see what options are. The area I am looking for are Portugal, Spain, France, Italy or Belgium.
