January/2016 wines...
Hi all,
here we go...
- La Bota de Florpower MMXII (nº 57). Equipo Navazos. DO Jerez y Manzanilla-Sanlúcar de Barrameda
Oxidatively oxi... ok, oxidized.
- Navaherreros Garnacha 2013. Bernabeleva, S.L. DO Vinos de Madrid (10 EUR aprox)
Unexpectedly (for me) nice. Light and nice quaff full of fruit, herbs, spicy hints and all the fuss. Let's take a look to the abv 'cos you don't find them when sipped... but they appear finally.
- Protocolo Zero Tinto 2014. Rubor Viticultores (8 EUR)
Quite primary in a good sense. Loads of fruit.
- Tilenus 2014. Bodegas Estefanía. DO Bierzo (<10 EUR)
It goes to the first position in the rank of suggestions when somebody ask me about mencia from Bierzo. More!!
- Demencia Cachicán 2013. Demencia de Autor. DO Castilla y León
Nice wine, with that rusticity touch I do always enjoy, but passed through a soft filtering.
- Amontillado Callejuela. Viña Callejuela, S.L. DO Jerez-Xérès-Sherry (<10 EUR)
Where has been this wine hidden during all this years? More!!!!!!
- Combate Pink 2014. Maldivinas. Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León (20,9 EUR)
Months drove this wine to a light form, in a good sense. Now it's a nice vivid quaff. It's a nice rosé but really overpriced.
- Protocolo Zero Blanco 2014. Rubor Viticultores (6 EUR)
Texture. Just texture. You can try to find many other things around, but it’s really about texture.
Kind regards,
Jose

Ver mensaje de joseI had a wonderful Equipo Navazos No42 recently.
Is the Amontillado Callejuela readily available? It's not a wine I've heard of before.

Ver mensaje de RayQ Hi RayQ,
first (great) news for me also. I've recently read some articles about this winery in www.sherrynotes.com
Regards,
Jose
