APPEARANCE

The wine is white gold colour, medium intensity, clear, not deposits, and some of tears (light).

NOSE

Clean, medium+ intensity, apple, dried apricot, peach, pear in liquor. Some hints of yeasts (lees).

PALATE

Dry, Creamy, voluptous (volumen), low tannins, bitter hints, medium alcohol and acidity. Now is the moment to drink.

Intensity medium, flowers, pear, baked apple, juice fresh, green grass, anised, white pepper. Medium body (watery).

Long finish is the best thing.

CONCLUSIONS

Alcohol integrated, some acidity to drink now, just in its moment. Some and various aromas and flavours that give some of complexity, maturity and volume. Clear potential for ageing.

Very good quality, I like the flor-like Tokaji dry wines. Good philosophie.
