The weather is enoughly fine to open a light red wine like this. I don’t use to open red wines during the summer but well, fortunately the temperature are not so hot and I didn’t find a better wine to be paired with ’tortilla de patatas’ and ’croquetas’ so I uncorked it.
It’s so nice as usual. I hoped to find less chewing-gum hints at this moment but they’re still there with red fruit as well. Always a good QPR for about 3.8 EUR.
