It has been recently bottled, so maybe this is the cause. Days after, no doubt, that was the reason! Right now is a perfectly enjoyable wine. Really ’macabeo’ with all its apples! It’s one of these wines that you always take a bottle with you when you see it on the shelves without any trace of doubt. Nice wine.
