The oddest wine I’ve ever tasted. It smells like roasted pork skins. It taste like this, nevertheless it’s a nice acidity. There’s no way of doing a normal TN.
For me this wine is like when you talk with friends and they say you they’re going to introduce you a girl you don’t know. As if you were a teenager, you ask ’is she pretty’ and they answer ’she is smart’. After all she’s neither smart! Well, ’ciao, I’ll call you’
