Pale gold with green highlights. Nose with more character than a ‘fino’

Pale gold with green highlights. Nose with more character than a ‘fino’ from Jerez, some metallic touches (steely), green olives, marked pungent touches, bitter almonds, bulb of fennel and toasted notes including burned sugar. It does not have saline notes. In mouth full bodied, is slightly bitter, with character and personality, good acidity, remarkable length and a subtly mellow end.
