Pale straw-yellow. Clear. Zillions of very small bubbles that go up, up and up. I’ve never seen a so bubbly sparkling wine :)))

In nose, green apple and citrics
In mouth a very nice acidity. It reminds me a grapefruit.

Acidity and carbonic are absolutely integrated.
Very nice. A hint of bakery in backnose.
It’s a very nice cava with good RCP. I like it :)
