Cork made with pressed shavings :-((( I do really dislike this kind of corks.

Very pale yellow. Very clean.

In nose green apple, bones of white fruits. Wet grass in the country. Something like tropical fruit... yes, I know, it’s too general, but I can’t say exactly the name of the fruit... I find a touch of sweetness...
In mouth we can find very vivid notes of tropical fruits.
Paying attention to the nose you can think that this wine is light, fresh and crispy, nevertheless it changes what I expect in mouth. It’s not as light as I expected, it’s more bodied. I think that this body is sustained on the acidity.
In backnose... ¿rippen mango?

A difficult match with angler fish with soja sauce.

A good quaff for less of 5 EUR.
