I don´t have liked the cork. It looks like if it were made with pressed shavings :(
The colour is like strawberry syrup with clearer rim and medium hue.
It smells softly like a candies store. First spring strawberries. In mouth it’s very pleasant. Tiny strawberries, chewing-gum/candies/lolly-pop, all of them of strawberry. All this elements surrounding a very pleasant acidity. It has a touch of carbonic. Medium persistence.
Keep an eye on the temperature, because as it raise the alcohol begin to scream...
It doesn’t have a great intensity neither in nose, nor in mouth, nor anything, but I thing it’s an absolutely right and honest wine. I like it.
It’s a great choice for the summer just for 5 EUR aprox.
Ok with a pisto manchego (traditional spanish dish).
