In nose brown sugar, cherries with liquor, nuts, honey and pinenuts covering a cake.
In mouth is different. It taste like a Fino :-? A touch of warm green olives and suddenly it turns into brown sugar again, but without any trace of sweetness... It’s long.
It reminds me to the smell of a PX but in mouth it’s like a Fino that has gone to... Oloroso :)
As it breath nuts are becoming more present than the PX touch, overlapping the hints of brown sugar, honey, etc.
As days goes by, finally, the nuts smells are absolutely dominant.
It’s nicely paired with different kind of cheeses, but the better the aged, goat and blue ones. It’s been well paired with graten of mushrooms too.
For about 7 EUR it has a good QPR.
