Yellow colour, green flashes, clean and bright.

Medium intensity but complex nose with aromatic, floral and mature white fruit (pear), bread dough and brioche, herby note (fennel), limoncello and a pleasant mineral note underlying.

In the mouth a sharp acidity, (ripe lemon and grapefruit) is balanced by the creamy note from the lees, pear William amongst the fruit, and a long finish with the acidity holding it altogether. Unctuous, full of flavour and a hint of salinity. Excellent!
