Good mousse, golden yellow, fine persistent bubbles rising as a spiral.

Ripe apple and pear  on the nose, with freshly cooked bread, brioche and toasty notes.

In the mouth the toasty notes dominate, very good crispy entry with well integrated bubbles. Elegant with a long finish with both mineral notes and nuts and dried fruits.

(Retasted a day later by which time it had become creamier and a little more harmonious.)
