Toasty aroma with a lush underlay of berries, lime zest and candied peach, plus some chalk. Rich and creamy in the mouth, but with a tightly wound core. Long, with a savory minerality to its citrusy aftertaste. 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, which sort of explains everything. A very nice bottle of bubbly.
