Palest of pale yellow in colour with green flashes, clean and bright.
Very dry nose, tropical notes emerging, with yoghurt and a sweet citrus note.
Big but agreeable acidity on entry, apple, peach candy, but with a slightly bitter note underlying. Good length with green citrus fruits, clean and fresh in the aftertaste.
