Emilio Moro Clon de la Familia 2016

A completely obscure, black cherry colour with very fat, long, slow legs.

Intense mature fruit on the nose, very deep, concentrated and jammy, with some fresher red fruits in the mix. Plum, blueberry, and cedar and tobacco notes.

On entry you note the oak a little more than perhaps expected, very mature fruit, with the acidity, tannins and alcohol perfectly integrated. Very good structure and volume. Complex, intense and elegant but missing a touch of fruit.
