I like this wine a lot. Interestingly not because of its marked notes but rather due to its discretion. The nose is refined and in a totum revolutum, there are light notes of flowers, hints of the cask and a slight touch of tropical fruit. Again, the mouth enters delicately and, together with the slight bitterness of the cask, it shows a smooth fruitiness, correct acidity and medium persistence with a slightly citric finish. However, the balance is excellent and with a baked sea bass and a good salad of wild herbs, it is almost magical. RRP approx. €6.
