Even though it is a very good wine, I wasn’t as impressed as my colleagues (I preferred the Givot 2001, for example). It is a very formal wine, with a fruity nose. Good length, structured, good sweet tannins, but the wine has yet to assemble in the bottle. Is beginning to show its grandeur (the orchestra is tuning up) but its evolution is still unknown. Very curious to rescue it in a year’s time.
