De Alberto Fermentado en Barrica 2018

Pale yellow, clean, bright, long legged with gold flashes.

Intense expressive nose, clean and fresh with floral notes, aromatic notes and perfume. Oaky well-integrated notes complex and with vanilla.

In the mouth very attractive on entry, citrus acidity with lime, all of the above notes from the nose, the wood is well integrated, with a bitter note in a long finish. With evolution there were more herby notes, particularly fennel.
