Pale salmon pink and brilliant. Intense nose with notes of fruit, apple peel, grapefruit, wild strawberries… a touch of fennel and perhaps wild mint. The wood is hardly noticeable, with a light hint of caramel and vanilla, which makes it attractive on the nose. The mouth is pleasant, fresh, slightly creamy, with an attractive bitterness, good acidity and notable persistence.
