Nice salmon pink colour with copper highlights. Intense nose, with fresh aromas that are clean and fruity (red fruit and fruits of the forest), with light notes of vanilla showing the ageing in the cask.
The mouth is again fresh, silky and very pleasant, with a good balance of fruit on a light background of spice.
Although it might be light, due to the ease with which it is drunk, it has quite a long finish. A very subtle wine with good balance. One of the best rosés I have tasted this year.
