Red ruby going to softer colours as we go to the rim. Soft dropping. In the beginning we smell just... nothing, but leaving it breath for a while we find red fruits, that fall under the heavy domination of strawberries chewing-gum and many different acid strawberry candies. As it is warming up this candies smells disappear and then come red fruits and the strawberry again. And even with a higher temperature it’s a red fruits monologue. In mouth, red fruit, strawberry chewing-gum and acid strawberry candies. Candies of acid orange and grapefruit (not candy but the fruit) as well. The acidity is not annoying, is pleasant and has a slight bitter point. When it’s warmed up appears more clearly the red fruits and the strawberry. In spite of the alcoholic degree it does not seem to me strongly bodied. In backnose we find aniseed and herbaceous notes. Medium persistence. Price 5 EUR aprox. IMHO it’s a wine with a good RCP. It’s a nice wine to be paired with food.
