This is a balanced cava, with medium intensity on the nose, with outstanding notes of ripe fruit (tropical but not too exotic), fine confectionery, butter (dairy), occasional anisette, to give an impression of elegance. Not an impressive nose. The mouth is smooth, fresh, creamy, with very well integrated acidity that is not at all aggressive. The aftertaste is not too long but it is very tasty and the wine is easily drunk. In short, a balanced cava, tasty, poised for elegance from its undeniably Mediterranean character. Together with the rational tasting notes, the facts: The bottle did not last very long and not only because of the heat. An enjoyable cava that disappears before you realise.
