Cherry, medium colored. When we open the bottle is as if we were beside a barnyard, but after 5 minutes this smell has gone. Then wmell mediterranean scrub, plums, something like camomille, penny royal, tee... I´m not sure which one... Leaving it breath appears red fruits clearly. Pleasant and smooth acidity, slight astringency. Medium persistence. Price 16 EUR approx, IMHO is expensive. I have enjoyed, but it should have to be cheaper. Something nearest would be 10-12 EUR. It has being paired nicely with duck ham with boletus cream and as a main course a rabbit with mustard.
