Trenel Fleurie 2017.

How I love good Beaujolais and this is good!

Medium bodied chery red coloured wine, long slow legs.

On the nose a potential fruit bomb, intense blue flowers, plum marmalade. And this was when it was opened! With 45 minutes it had all the cherry notes, acetone and banana of a carbonic maceration wine but with elegance.

In the mouth initially bitter fruit, blueberry and cranberry but this evolved to fresh cherry. Big wine which needs more time in bottle and I'm ordering some for lamb bbq´s in the future!
