TASTING
The wine is clear, deep brown, bright, with legs on the glass.
Pronounced aromas, clean. FRuity notes (fig, lemon peel), caramel, hazelnut, coffee, leather.
On the Palate, is sweet,medium+ acidity, full bodied Port, with oxidative flavours (nuts, caramel, coffee) because of casks.
Pronounced flavours of caramel, fig, Sultana, raisin, dried peach, lemon peel, burnt sugar.
Silky and velvety texture. Long finish complex and with a perfect and elegant oxidative character.
CONCLUSIONS
The wine has a outsatnding quality, because of the perfect balance between acidity and sugar, with total integration of alcohol, and soft, fine-grained tannins on th palate. Very good intensity in complex aromas, soft and silky pronounced, and the Port is long until the end of the match, wow!.
It has potential for ageing and you can drink and enjoy now without problems, noticing a high complexity in the mouthcoating palate. All the flavours are delivery oxidatives and dried fruit, with fine texture and a very good integration of the wood, and the average of vintages.
