TASTING

APPEARANCE

The wine is clear, yellow-green coloured, with pale intensity. Gliceric, with unctuous tears. No problem with th cork.

NOSE

Pronounced intensity, clean, fruity (orange, apricot), blossom, anised.

Some herbaceous notes, but fresh, and buttery aroma. Perfumed by the special oak (vanille).

The wine is young actually.

PALATE

The wine is medium + acidity, sweet, primary fruity (lemón, tangerine, apricot), vegetal and herbaceous flavours, with hints of honey and milk.

Medium+ alcohol but already balanced. No tannins remarkables.

Medium body, some creamy notes from fermentation and yeasts, good volume and young structure.

Long finish with a fruity (quince), spicy (white pepper) and secondary nutty flavours (almonds), sllightly and delicious.

CONCLUSIONS

Very good quality and potential for ageing. Long and very good finish, and not too much sweety than you can wait.

PAIRING
Green salad with Duck Foie-gras, orange marmalade and laminated dry-cod ceviche with “quince Spanish vinagreta”.
