TASTING

Clear, amber, gliceric (unctuous tears), medium intensity to deep.

Clean and pronounced, nutty aromas (chesnut,hazelnut), caramel, not pungeant alcohol.

Medium sweet, high acidity, medium body, high alcohol but soft, savoury.

Caramel, tea, lemon, quince, bitter, chamomile, liquorice with medium+ intensity

Long finish.

Some complex notes, than achieve longevity, and noticeably has a very good potential for ageing, and very good quality to excellent, overall for that acidity so exciting. Very good balance, and the best alcohol 20% integrated in a 2002 old wine and fresh in palate.

NOte: Maybe liquorice flavours, caramel gummy bear (bitter orange), sappy wine.
