APPEARANCE

The wine is clear, ruby coloured, Deep, brilliant, some purple rim. Red and wide tears, unctuous.

The bottle has screwcab and a wide red band crossing the front label (like at school).

NOSE

The wine is clean with medium+ intensity, some of the aromas are green. Violets, Vegetables, baked capsicum, blackcurrant, alcohol.

PALATE

Dry, Strong attack,,...

Medium+ chalky acidity,medium+ rough tannins, hih alcohol. Some creamy flavours by the lees (Barrel ferments on lees).

Flavours intensity: Medium+. Chocolate, Dark cocoa, balckberry, leather. Hints of spicy pepper and mint.

Medium+ Structure (Muscular). Full bodied.

Medium+ Finish 

CONCLUSIONS

Tannins are overhead than fruit, something rough, with chalky soils that becomes medium+ acidity, too young. Complex aromas and fruity wine, Alcohol balanced from Australia.

Very good quality, the grape is define, baked from new world wines.

It has potential for ageing though the wine is air-proof and concentrated, it has acidity and tannins for 20 years at least.
