TASTING

Clear, fine bubbles (small ones), gold, medium intensity.

Clean aromas, medium+ intensity. Yeasty: bread, brioche, lemon. Some tosaty aromas. Youthful.

Palate "vivre", dry, crispy high acidity, medium alcohol, medium body, Complex with secondary flavours (yeasty, brioche, bread, toasty from autholysis and evolution).

Some dried fruit such as apricot, banana. Lemon Marmalade as well. Vegetal and herbaceous, green lemon, lime, pineapple. Ginger hints.

Medium plus finish.

Very good quality, perhaps it is too young because of the acidity and toasty notes very impressive, good complexity from autholysis, alive yet, and the acidity marks your tongue and your opinion to ageing this bottle. Bubbles are medium integrated but with fineness. Chardonnay good fruit, and PN serious rede berries and bready aromas. Not petillance or deposit. No taints.

Marriage with oysters, shellfish and chesse.
