APPEARANCE

Clear, pale intensity, white wine lemon colour, little legs in movement, simple label. Good Brightness and cork but with a wetty lateral without defects or bad aromas.

NOSE

Very clean, medium intensity (when cold), delicate aromas, fruity and fresh. Notes: Green apple, lemon, yellow plum, vanilla, lees, cream, herbaceous hints,

Developed but young.

PALATE

Dry, medium plus acidity, medium tannins, medium alcohol, medium body, delicate, medium (+) intensity, fine fruit (nectarine, lemon), plum, herbal hints. Good volume, creamy superior palate, voloptous, and with the FML presents.

Very good balance, thick, tannins well integrated, light alcohol and overall, harmonious.

Finish: A Little bit bitter tannins, creamy, viscosity.

CONCLUSIONS

Very good quality, you can drink now, and wait (potential ageing).

It is a Chadonnay non Bourgogne for the soils, warmer and not so slighty.
