A colour between pale gold and greenish straw yellow, this is a wine that expresses a serious nose. With very evident notes of ageing (roasts, light hints of vanilla), the varieties are present in very characteristic notes (butter, withered flowers, aromas of vegetables and balsam). The mouth has a good structure, dense, oily, glyceric and, despite itself, easy to drink thanks to a notable acidity. Quite a long finish. A white wine for thinking.
