Purplish black cherry, dense and opaque. Medium intensity on the nose, with compote of black fruit, touches of caramel and hints of the toasty of the cask. The mouth still shows marked silky tannins, not very long but seductive. Excellent with chocolate. One of the endless details of my friend Pepe Ferrer (I thank you!)
