Opened 30 minutes before tasting. Ruby red, medium opacity and slate edges. Low intensity on the nose, with a predominance of tertiary aromas. Hints of leather from the toast of the cask on a backdrop of flowers (wild flowers) and fruit liqueur. The mouth is also light, elegant, round, with notable acidity that integrates well, good length and persistence, with an aftertaste of crystallized mandarin peel. One of those wines which, although it has no defects, doesn’t click with me… we’ll just have to keep on trying…
