Black cherry red with a garnet edge. Very suggestive aroma of the variety, ripe red fruit and a hint of balsam (eucalyptus). The mouth is tasty, fleshy, with personality and silkiness, very fruity. It is easily drunk and lends itself to big swallows. An original wine lacking complexity to reach higher ground, perhaps because it is a single-variety wine. The wine keeps perfectly three years after the vintage and promises to manage several years more. The winery has done a great job, pioneering unoaked Graciano wine in La Rioja with ecological farming. I don’t like the format of the special bottle, which is very tall, heavy and a very wide neck. To guarantee enjoyment, the serving temperature should be no higher than 16ºC. At €9.70, a very good price-quality ratio.
