The cork is looooong. The corkscrew don’t reach the end. The cork is winetainted almost until the top.
Chocolate when I open the bottle.
Ruby red with pinky rim. Medium hue. Noticeable dropping.
Leaving it breath the chocolate smell disappear. Red fruits and strawberry chewing-gum very soft.
In mouth red fruits, soft sip, nice acidity. Soft vanilla and red fruits in backnose. Savory. Very nice.
It’s a pitty that this wine is not sold out of the "125 Aniversary" pack, because this wine would be a "refugee value". Without any trace of doubt it’s a wine to be paired with food, but it can be paired with a great variety of dishes, like some snacks, Cod "a la vizcaina" (traditional spanish dish), potatoes puree with sausages and cheese gratin...
