Manzanilla La Goya from Magnum.

Old gold colour, clean and bright with long slow legs and clear evidence of ageing.

Intense, complex and elegant nose, lightly pungent , nuts ( hazlenut and toasted almond) intense but quite subtle at the same time, dried fruit adding a very slight sweet note, herby and with hints of apple too.

Fine and elegant on entry, iodine, full but not overpowering, creamy, unctuous, with all the above in a very long dry finish.
